Christian Fellowship

John Calvin puts forward a very simple reason why love is the greatest gift: “Because faith and hope are our own: love is diffused among others.” In other words, faith and hope benefit the possessor, but love always benefits another. In John 13:34–35 Jesus says, “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” Love always requires an “other” as an object; love cannot remain within itself, and that is part of what makes love the greatest gift.

How much time do you spend reading the Bible?

As much time as it will take me to at least read 5 chapters everyday. In my Christian journey i have come to understand that, i as a Christian cannot but just study the word, for therein we live, grow, act, and get cleansed everyday.

    Hello Brethren

Hello everyone, I'm new here. I'd always loved to be in believers gathering where the word of God is always thought. I have no doubt here is one of such places. I'm happy to be a member of this great community.
