  1. Ok, another scripture that does not belong in the Bible? Genesis 6:5-7
  2. We went across Canada from coast to coast 4x with our RV. I'm not going into the US. Cost to much to get medical insurance. It's actually cheaper to go to Europe as far as insurance goes. Went to Europe 6 times since 1980.
  3. True. And we do travel sometimes. Different story in winter time. Sometimes to cold and to much snow and unploughed roads.
  4. When was the last time you heard a pastor preaching about Heaven and Hell, the Rapture, The Tribulation, the return of Jesus Christ?
  5. What about this? Acts 5:1-11King James Version (KJV) 5 But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession, 2 And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet. 3 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land? 4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God. 5 And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things. 6 And the young men arose, wound him up, and carried him out, and buried him. 7 And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing what was done, came in. 8 And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for so much? And she said, Yea, for so much. 9 Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out. 10 Then fell she down straightway at his feet, and yielded up the ghost: and the young men came in, and found her dead, and, carrying her forth, buried her by her husband. 11 And great fear came upon all the church, and upon as many as heard these things.
  6. Yes. And of course the wages of sin is death.
  7. The term ‘Trinity,’ is not a biblical term. It’s a theological description for something that is beyond human comprehension. The Lord said, “Behold, O Israel, the Lord thy God is one, and beside him there is no other.” When God got ready to make a man that looked like him, he didn’t make three. He made one man. However, that one man had three parts. He was body, soul, and spirit. We have one God, but he is Father in creation, Son in redemption, and Holy Spirit in regeneration.
  8. Yes, seems that way. But my guess is that the Trinity has always been there. Also in Old Testament times.
  9. I like to see a scripture to confirm this. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
