Community Fellowship

John Calvin puts forward a very simple reason why love is the greatest gift: “Because faith and hope are our own: love is diffused among others.” In other words, faith and hope benefit the possessor, but love always benefits another. In John 13:34–35 Jesus says, “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” Love always requires an “other” as an object; love cannot remain within itself, and that is part of what makes love the greatest gift.

The Gaines are selling merchandise at TARGET

Recommended Posts

After two years of Christians boycotting Target for allowing non transgendered men into the woman's restroom the Gaines have disrespect the boycott.

Chip and Joanna Gaines program, Fixer Upper has been a hit for HGTV for Christians, based on their so called commitment to Jesus Christ and their Church in Texas. But when money came down to it they sold out to making more big bucks.

I am asking you to considering to continue boycotting TARGET and the Gaines. Chip and Joanna's recent book in most Christian Book stores is a farce, The mention God but perhaps less than three times was jesus Christ even mentioned.

Are the Gaines selling out their testimony? By joining with TARGET I believe they need our prayers, and they need to repent.
