Community Fellowship

John Calvin puts forward a very simple reason why love is the greatest gift: “Because faith and hope are our own: love is diffused among others.” In other words, faith and hope benefit the possessor, but love always benefits another. In John 13:34–35 Jesus says, “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” Love always requires an “other” as an object; love cannot remain within itself, and that is part of what makes love the greatest gift.

Just Mike's doctor appointment on April 5th

The Dr said he found 50 be be sized kidney stones in my bladder along with a golf ball sized mass. The mass is a "high" fast growing cancerous mass. He removed 90% of the mass and pathology will know on Tuesday what kind of cancer it is. If its come from my prostrate cancer this would be the very best results, as it could treated by Mormon medication. If its bladder cancer (which the doctor thinks it is) that would mean removing my bladder and prostrate, but my health could possibly prevent this as I am in poor health and might not survive surgery. That would leave me with Chemo and radiation, with a much shorted life ahead on me.

Pray that Gods will be done and I am in the center of his will. God bless you all.
