John Calvin puts forward a very simple reason why love is the greatest gift: “Because faith and hope are our own: love is diffused among others.” In other words, faith and hope benefit the possessor, but love always benefits another. In John 13:34–35 Jesus says, “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” Love always requires an “other” as an object; love cannot remain within itself, and that is part of what makes love the greatest gift.

Nothing new for Google. And this is why I'm trying not to be so dependent on them. I'm sure none of this violates Google's ethics or sense of morality. It's just more of what the left is already leaning towards. I can't understand why anyone would have any reservations here in the U.S. with using a company that has an invested interest in such politics. I mean hey, we have every reason to trust Google, right?

While in China I read stories that some/many of the Chinese go the US Embassy web site to get the accurate pollution levels. This caused the Chinese government to get ticked off in which they told the US Embassy what they were doing is "illegal." Fortunately, the US Embassy didn't back down from this nonsensical accusation.
