John Calvin puts forward a very simple reason why love is the greatest gift: “Because faith and hope are our own: love is diffused among others.” In other words, faith and hope benefit the possessor, but love always benefits another. In John 13:34–35 Jesus says, “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” Love always requires an “other” as an object; love cannot remain within itself, and that is part of what makes love the greatest gift.

Satanic Temple Statute Brought To Arkansas Capitol In Protest Of Ten Commandments Monument

Recommended Posts

They brought this statue to Detroit two years ago and Christians threatened to burn down the building it was to be held in prior to its display.  The cult had to move the statue to location.  Even then they planned a party at night where they had to have special rules for signing up for attendance to worship the statue and have pictures taken with it as the statue was moved again.  I believe it costs $100,000 and it is insured so that if it is destroyed they will get two made instead of one.

Because Satanic cults are what our forefathers had in mind when including "religion" in the 1st amendment.

People that are driven by these obnoxious cults are doing it for one reason and one only . And that's to get the Christian community stirred up into a frenzy in defending their faith. So the best way to view this obvious blasphemy is to simply ignore it. These people are too ignorant to know what is waiting for them one minuet after they die . It's called " Death, and Hades . Then the Judgment Seat of Christ  where they will be judged for their sins and then casted into " Eternal Hell Fire  "

where there will be crying and gnashing of teeth. For ALL Eternity !    M

Yeah, they are lost and blind.  They choose to rebel against their Creator which is not wise.  Would be nice to see that statue destroyed though.  In Detroit it was at risk of being burnt down with the entire building it was to be housed in.  They are moving that statue around the country in protests and in celebrations (idol worship) to it.  They charge people and their children to get pictures sitting with the statue.  I wonder how they funded the $100,000 statue, the insurance, the storage, and the shipping costs for all this over this much time.  It's not cheap.
